All products sold by Wonderspoon are made to order and personalised based on customer-submitted information. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of all customisation details.
Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Wonderspoon is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
