At Wonderspoon, all of our products are custom-made and personalised to order. By completing your purchase, you confirm that all personalisation details (including spelling, names, dates and formatting) are correct and final.

Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer

• Change of mind after ordering

• Dissatisfaction with wording or formatting that matches the submitted order

Once engraved, items cannot be modified or resold.

Errors Made by Wonderspoon

If we made an error in engraving, we will:

• Replace the item free of charge, or

• Issue a full refund
